RE: Uses Exempt from Equal Opportunities

As the November elections draw near, appearances by candidates can cause concern regarding equal opportunity requests.

A basic primer (DOC) is provided by the IBA Legal Hotline on the uses that are exempt from equal opportunities. This important information is being sent to all stations as a service of the IBA.
